James P. Faul
James P. Faul primarily represents labor unions and multiemployer fringe benefit funds. He has represented labor unions and their intermediate bodies in matters including arbitration, recognition elections, picketing and strikes, and litigation before the National Labor Relations Board. He often counsels union clients in new organizing activities across the United States. Mr. Faul represents fund clients in litigation in federal courts. Further, Mr. Faul has years of successful practice representing individual injured workers in workers compensation matters as well as advising political candidates and political committees in campaign finance regulation.
Mr. Faul is a 2006 graduate of the University of Missouri-Columbia School of Law. He is licensed to practice law in Missouri, Illinois, the United States Court of Appeals for the Eighth and D.C. Circuits and various federal district courts. Mr. Faul is also a registered lobbyist in the State of Missouri and a Trustee for the St. Louis Metropolitan Sewer District. He is a member of the AFL-CIO Lawyers Coordinating Committee.
