Sam Gladney represents unions and multiemployer pension funds. His work includes recovering delinquent contributions to fringe benefit funds, preparation and assistance in pre and post arbitration matters, research and strategy for clients before the National Labor Relations Board, organizing and workers compensation. He regularly appears in the Federal District Court for the Eastern District of Missouri.
Sam is a 2016 graduate of the University of Missouri- Kansas City School of Law where he was on the Moot Court and Mock Trial teams. Prior to law school, he attended the United States Military Academy at West Point and was commissioned as an officer in the United States Army. While in the Army, he deployed to Iraq twice, earning a Bronze Star. He is licensed to practice in Missouri and serves as President of the West Point Society of St. Louis. He is also a member of the Bar Association of Metropolitan St. Louis.
